Procurement
Yencee’s policy to procure materials from sources offering the best material in terms of specification and cost. It has long standing supply arrangements with all its manufacturers and is familiar with the technical standards.
Contract Control And Planning
Yencee has developed over the years procedures appropriate to the planning and execution of contracts. In view of the complexity of major projects involving pipework and equipment, planning work, measurement, and control are carried out using desktop computer equipment based on site. The site manager will normally be assisted by a planning engineer skilled in the use of computer equipment and experienced in the requirements of leading clients.
Weekly and monthly reporting to Ahmedabad Office allows for the proper monitoring of performance by management.
